📩 After booking confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to access your personal reserved area, divided into multiple steps.

📘 After completing the online check-in, you will receive the house manual by email containing all instructions.

🕓 Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (outside these hours only by request and prior authorization, with automated access system)
⏰ Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day

💳 The security deposit is required via pre-authorization on credit or debit card. It will be released within 7 days of departure, except in cases of damage, inadequate cleaning, undeclared guests, or rule violations.

🧼 The accommodation must be left tidy, especially kitchen and bathroom.
👥 The number of guests must match what was declared at booking.
🐾 Pets are allowed only if declared at the time of booking.
🔇 The rules of peaceful coexistence must always be respected.
🏢 If the accommodation is located in a condominium, the condominium rules must also be respected.
🗑️ Local waste sorting rules must be followed.
