According to Italian law, every holiday stay requires signing a tourist lease agreement. The full contract text is available for review at:

๐Ÿ“ฉ After booking confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to access your personal reserved area, divided into multiple steps.
๐Ÿ”น There you can sign the lease agreement
๐Ÿ”น Enter your personal data and documents
๐Ÿ”น Add optional extra services
๐Ÿ”น Manage the security deposit and the tourist tax (in the penultimate step)

๐Ÿ”น These last steps can be completed up to one day before arrival, without losing the previously entered information.

๐Ÿ“˜ After completing the online check-in, you will receive the house manual by email containing all instructions.
๐Ÿ” Access codes will be sent on the day of arrival via WhatsApp for security reasons.

๐Ÿ•“ Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (outside these hours only by request and prior authorization, with automated access system)
โฐ Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day

๐Ÿ’ณ The security deposit is required via pre-authorization on credit or debit card. It will be released within 7 days of departure, except in cases of damage, inadequate cleaning, undeclared guests, or rule violations.

๐Ÿงผ The accommodation must be left tidy, especially kitchen and bathroom.
๐Ÿ‘ฅ The number of guests must match what was declared at booking.
๐Ÿพ Pets are allowed only if declared at the time of booking.
๐Ÿ”‡ The rules of peaceful coexistence must always be respected.
๐Ÿข If the accommodation is located in a condominium, the condominium rules must also be respected.
๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Local waste sorting rules must be followed.

โŒ Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate.
