The space is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (single size) and provides direct access to a small balcony offering a charming sea view. The bedroom features a double bed with a bunk bed above and a window overlooking the sea. The bathroom is complete with a medium-sized shower box.

The apartment is situated just 150 meters from the beach and the seafront promenade of Otranto, easily reachable on foot. The historic center, with the iconic Aragonese Castle, is only 400 meters away. All main services, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, are within a 20-meter radius. The coastal road leading to Santa Cesarea Terme and Torre dell'Orso is a mere 2-minute drive away. Parking is generally available nearby, although it may be more crowded during peak season. Once at the apartment, a car is not necessary for daily activities, except for exploring other parts of Salento.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2022 and offers modern comforts, including air conditioning with heat pump in both the living and sleeping areas. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, while a washing machine is discreetly housed in a built-in wardrobe in the living area. The rental includes bed and bath linens, mattress protectors, and pillowcases. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome kit with water and cleaning products for the kitchenette, including recycling bags. A prepaid card for breakfast will be provided upon arrival, or alternatively, a fixed-amount card allowing guests to choose from various breakfast combinations at a local bar, with payment made directly at the bar.
