The property features four independent suites — Aria, Sonata, Sinfonia and Opera — each ranging from 53 to 65 square metres and accommodating up to four guests. Every suite includes a spacious quadruple bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed, a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a furnished private veranda where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply relax in complete privacy.

Every kitchen has been carefully equipped to give guests the pleasure of cooking just as they would at home. Alongside the induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and kettle, each suite also features an air fryer and premium cookware selected to ensure even heat distribution and promote healthier cooking while preserving the natural flavours of fresh ingredients. New crockery, glassware and cutlery complete a modern kitchen designed for everyday comfort.

Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, television, safe, work desk with chairs, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, making the residence equally suitable for short holidays and longer stays.
